(OK, maybe not ALL the answers, but certainly the ones pertaining to Good Luck Box™)


Our run gurus will handpick the best products, nutritional items, tips, and items of encouragement to help the recipient feel prepared and jazzed up for their race. The items will be a surprise to both the sender and the receiver and are dependent on the recipient’s gender, type of race, season, and race goal.

We are working directly with brands that we believe represent the Good Luck Box™ brand and share a common passion for running, encouragement, and having a good time!


It’s never too early, but it could be too late!  We recommend you place your order at least 5 business days before the event to avoid paying express shipping charges. For you procrastinators out there, if there is less than 2 days until the race, the box will focus on more recovery and celebration because the box will most likely arrive after the intended event.

We currently only ship the Good Luck Box™ to the United States. Boxes are sent via US Postal Service. With this service, the post office will drop off the box without signature confirmation (please note: it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a package can be left unattended without signing for it upon delivery). At this time, we do not offer shipping to APO addresses, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

For express shipping we will ship UPS.

Once the order has shipped, you will receive an email with all the tracking instructions.

All Good Luck Box™ purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of Good Luck Boxes, and any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Good Luck Box™ does not arrive, Good Luck Box™ must be notified in writing within 4 weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Good Luck Box™ is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Good Luck Box™.

We currently only charge sales tax in Virginia. Please note that the state in which we collect sales tax may be updated at any time to abide by state and federal regulations.

Unless you choose the “Ship Now” option during checkout, your Box will arrive in the week leading up to the race. Get excited.


The featured races have a direct partnership with Good Luck Box™ and will include items or themes specific to the race.  The Good Luck Box™ can also serve as a sponsorship activation point and include items from your awesome sponsors!  Win-win!
